Escape the summer heat and run at midnight at the Midnight Run 5K/10K for Special Olympics on Saturday, July 27 at 11:59pm! This event is presented by the Leawood Police Department, a participating agency in the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Kansas, and features a flat and fast course along Indian Creek Parkway in Leawood. Dress up as your favorite movie character for this year's event as we will have a movie theme for the race!

What’s Included
Your participation will help raise money for Special Olympics and participants in both the 5K and 10K Run/Walk will vie for age group and overall awards and finishers in both events receive a custom finishers medal! Participants in the 5K and 10K events will compete for top overall male and female awards, together with top three male and top three female awards in each of the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. All finishers in the 5K and 10K will receive custom finishers medals.
