Get your running shoes ready for the 6th annual Miles for Migraine event in San Diego! Join us on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Liberty Station NTC Park for an energizing 2-mile walk or a timed 5K run, all in support of Migraine & Headache Awareness. But that's not all – it's a day to connect with others, soak in inspiring talks, and check out our festival area with fabulous sponsors.
