Miles in the Maize

Welcome to Miles in the Maize, the most exciting running event around for people of all ages and abilities! Get ready for an off-road adventure like no other, as we lead you through a thrilling corn maze, a charming pumpkin patch, and the stunning fall scenery of Iowa. We kick off the fun with the Maize Mile at 9:30am, followed by the exhilarating 5K at 10:00am. And guess what? We have some fantastic surprises for you once you cross that finish line! Stick around for a quick post-race awards ceremony where we'll honor the winners of different age groups and also crown the champion of our costume contest. It's going to be a blast! We believe in flexibility, so we'll be accepting registrations online and in person until 9:00AM on race day. Just make sure you don't miss out on the action! For those eager beavers who want to get their race packets early, swing by Fitness Sports in Coralville (103 5th St) on 11/3 between 1pm-5pm. If you can't make it, don't worry! We've got your back with race day packet pickup from 8:30am-9:30am at Colony Acres. Oh, and a quick heads up: make sure to secure your preferred shirt size by registering before 10/21, as shirt availability is limited! We want to make sure everyone gets their perfect fit.
