Did the race in 2019
This was my first 5k in about 30 years and it was an amazing race,My wife and I raced together in honour of our 16 1/2 yr old Yorkie we had lost just the week prior,This race and the organization and atmosphere has inspired me to carry on my running and enjoy more events, Well done Sommer Sports.. ( doesnt hurt that I came in 3rd in my age category either lol)

A unique experience of running on the beach. Wish there were more competition. 2019 was more of a fun race.

Fun race! The announcer had a lot of energy...although he didnt call my name or acknowledge that I won (albeit with a slow time) the 10k when I crossed the finish line. This was a tune up for a marathon I have coming up and I had a blast at the after party. Id do it again.

Excellent race, very fun and nice to run on the beach. Good atmosphere, many different drinks and food after race. Really like awards. Free photo on the race and after. May be it will be better to give some lighting for all runners, not only for 21,1k runners. In total I like the race very much. Thanks for opportunity.
