Morris County Empanada Trail Run

Ready for a run that’s both scenic and rewarding? Dash through the enchanting woods of Morris County's Central Park, guided by the Cross Country Course, and cap off your achievement with a unique finisher medal and a tasty empanada to celebrate your triumph! The energizing race starts at 8:45 am, but come by at 7:30 am to pick up your packet and get warmed up. This year, we’ve upped the ante by adding a second water stop for your convenience.

Not only are the facilities top-notch with real bathrooms and additional portable toilets, but the location is a breeze to find – just use the NORTH COTTAGE ROAD ENTRANCE. Your physical endurance will be matched by a heartwarming cause, as this year’s event proudly supports the Prostate Cancer Foundation. Every step you take helps to fund research for a disease affecting 1 in 8 men. So, lace up those running shoes for a day of fitness, flavor, and philanthropy!
