Cool Events LLC
We dedicate our races to children. We are faithful to children and families, understanding that Cool Events families are rocked by childhood cancer, terminal illnesses, childhood bullying and birth defects every day. We work with Children’s Miracle Network, Special Olympics, Ronald McDonald House Charities and many other local charities, with a passion and drive to support our very own neighborhood leader Phoenix Children’s Hospital, here in our hometown of Phoenix AZ. We dedicate our races to Childhood Cancer Awareness and make sure we are working to spread the word around the nation one runner, one race at a time.
Spectator Info
Free access to the area for all spectators, including to our festival area. You’ll have plenty of chances to meet and interact with our various sponsors (many of whom have free stuff to give you!), eat plenty of delicious food or just kick back with a beer. There will be plenty of music, fellowship, and some fun competitions where you might be able to win some free merchandise or even a free race! Every day is a new adventure, so come out and see for yourself!
What to bring
EVERYTHING will get muddy, so make sure you don’t wear your favorite running attire.
We suggest wearing:
- Light, quick drying running shorts and running shirt
- Older pair of running shoes. They’ll be all muddy at the finish, and you can donate them if you wish :)
- Socks you don’t mind throwing away (or being brown from now on)!
- Sunglasses are nice, but make sure to hold on tight when in the mud and water.
There is a bag check at the event for $5
