We take your previous race results from the last two years and use them to calculate your handicap time. And for the seasoned athletes out there, this race is a great way to test your fitness level. Once you have your handicap time, it's all about beating yourself. The person who shows the most improvement from their previous handicap time takes home the top prize - a cool Nielson shirt! The same 2-mile course awaits you each month, giving you a solid reference point to gauge your running fitness.
