Welcom to 'NorCal John Frank Memorial Run'Pacific Association of USATF 10-Mile Road Racing Championship. Races run along the Sacramento River Trail sytem in Redding, CA.
$3000 in Prize Money for 10-Mile only.
$2500 in course record money for 10-Mile only.
Plus a 3-Mile Run/Walk. 1 Mile kids race.

This was a great and very beautiful race! I really enjoyed the course and overall environment and atmosphere.Did the event in 2019
Course is mostly flat and almost entirely on bike paths. Scenic river views throughout. Very competitive field of runners but at the same time an atmosphere of camaraderie and support.
