About
The Chartway Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon starts at 7:30am on Waterside Drive. All runners will make their way past the beautiful Harbor in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia. Runners will cruise through scenic historic neighborhoods and return down Hampton Blvd past the ODU campus and back to along the Elizabeth River Trail to Town Point Park for an exciting waterfront finish and rockin’ post-race party.
