The cold might make you run like a penguin, but it'll be worth it for the stunning views of the Hudson River as you run through Riverside Park. What's more, you'll be greeted with a steaming hot mug of cocoa at the finish line.

It was my first race and I was not confused at all - everyone was friendly, and the course was great!

I love NYCRuns races. They're smaller, but still well organized. The hot chocolate at race's end was a lovely touch on a frigid Saturday morning. I just wish the skirt had been more weather friendly, a tank in February is just silly.
