The course explores the waterfront of Governor's Island, with stunning views of lower Manhattan, the Brooklyn Coastline, and New York Harbor. 5k runners do 1 lap, and 10k runners do 2 laps of the new course.
07:30 - Latest time to be at the ferry with your bib
09:00 - 5K and 10K races start
10:02 - Cut-off time for 5K
11:05 - Cut-off time for 10K
Up to 4 people can join you to spectate and cheer you on. They must pay $20 for the ferry ride. Spectators will be given a bib, which allows them on the ferry and gives them access to post-race food and drink. Buy these bibs at packet pickup or at registration.
Children under 3 do not need a bib.
If you volunteer at an NYC run, you will get $50 in race credit for any future event. Alternatively, $25 will be donated to a charity of your choice.

If you are slower than this pace, there will no longer be aid stations and on-course amenities provided, and you may be asked to stop.

There will be a bag check area provided in the Park, near the start line.

Yes, there will be toilets provided.
Where can I find my results?
Your results will be emailed to you, and the full results will be posted on the event organiser's website. You will also be able to view your finishing line photos and videos.
Are dogs or strollers allowed?
No, dogs and strollers are not permitted on the course.
Can I wear headphones?
It is not permitted to wear headphones during the race. If you desperately want to listen to music, you are allowed to wear one earbud in. If you are seen wearing both earbuds or headphones, you may be disqualified.
