This is such a fantastic way to run a half marathon! I ran both the 5K followed shortly thereafter by the 10 miler. Phenomenal organization by a great running team!!! The 5K is very flat and the 10 miler has some beautiful rolling hills. If you like running in cooler temps like I do, this is your race!!!… read more

I actually ran both. The organizers have a set up where you can do either race or both for a half marathon. The 10 miler started 45 minutes after the 5k started. So there is not a lot of time in between. This is not the race you want to try for your first half marathon. This is a good third or fourth. It is hilly. It felt like large parts of the course was like a Ziggurat (at least for the ten miler). And it was a little under freezing. This is a good race for experienced runners who want a challenge.… read more

Nice flat route. Super organized bib pick-up! I barely had enough time to get to the 10 miler start. But that's more because I typically run 45 minutes for a 5k. I will definitely do this race again… read more

Great run the only issue was it said flat 5k but there were some hills. Better to be psyched for hills than be complacent that course is really flat.

I ran the 5k and the 10 miler. Perfect amount of time between the 2 races. A lot of PR's for people in the 10 miler. I'll be back next year.
