If you like breathtaking skylines, this tour is for you. We begin the tour by running across history, a 135 year old Neo-Gothic style bridge, originally known as the East River Bridge. You'll learn about the bridges specs along with the incredible story behind the bridge's builders. We'll then explore the historic streets of Brooklyn Heights which is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in all of New York City. We'll run through NYC's newest parks, Brooklyn Bridge Park which includes winding walking paths, recreational piers with park benches overlooking the harbor and the East River. You are sure to fall in love with Brooklyn and this picturesque running course.

On Course Run Tours - Brooklyn Bridge route

This is not a race, its a sightseeing tour for runners. Our run tours typically include 2 to 12 runners to insure no one is left behind and that all can hear the guide we will run at an easy, conversation pace. We will make periodically stops to view and discuss notable points of interest throughout the tour. You should be able to comfortably run 5 miles for this tour. The duration of the tour is up to 90 minutes. Although your guide will run with a backpack and can store small items for you such as phones or keys, we recommend bringing very little on the tour. As always, it's important to stay hydrated during a run, so please bring a small bottle of water. We will begin our tour right at the scheduled start time, however if you are running late please be sure to email or phone us no later than 15 minutes prior to the start. Travel to and from our tours is usually fastest via subway, so please bring a MetroCard.
