Oneness 5K Run/Walk 2024

Welcome to the 7th annual Oneness 5K Run/Walk presented by the Oneness Run! We are thrilled to invite you to join us for this exciting event. This year, we have something special for all you competitive runners. We are introducing timed race bibs to add an extra level of excitement to the race. If you're up for the challenge, make sure to sign up for the "Oneness 5K Run (Timed Bib)" option. Get ready to experience the beauty of nature as you run or walk through the picturesque Deer Grove Forest Preserve. Along the way, we'll have water stations to keep you hydrated and energized. After crossing the finish line, you can refuel with some light food and drinks available exclusively for our participants. And if you're looking for a delicious lunch, Singh Catering will be right there with their mouthwatering options. Registration is now open! Here are the event details: - Timed Event: 5K Runners/Walkers at 7:30 AM (lineup at 7:15 AM) - Untimed Event: Walk only at 7:30 AM (lineup at 7:15 AM) For our younger participants, we have the Kiddie Dash at 8:30 AM or after the completion of the 5K race. The lineup for the Kiddie Dash starts at 8:15 AM, divided into two age groups: Group 1 (1-5 years) and Group 2 (6-10 years). If you prefer, you can also register on race day. Please note that there will be no gear check available. For 2024 race day registration and packet pickup, stay tuned for updates on the location where you can register in person. To ensure you get the right shirt size, we highly recommend pre-registering before April 30th. The first 350 registrations will receive a premium quality race shirt in Male/Female sizes ranging from S to XXL. Participants of the Kiddie Dash will receive a high-quality sports water bottle as a special gift. And that's not all! All registered participants will receive an official race packet filled with sponsored goodies, snacks, and beverages. After the race, you can satisfy your hunger with the delicious offerings from the "Singh Catering food truck!" Join us for a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and fitness.
