Route information
This breathtaking course takes runners through the San Pedro Valley Park on a trail surface. Starting next to the Park visitors center, participants will twist through the Brooks Creek Trail Course, hugging the nearby San Pedro Creek.
Participants will then enter the Weiler ranch road trail which burrows between beautiful woodland surroundings. Runners will cross the San Pedro Creek and loop around the out-and-back point before heading back through the stunning woodland straightaway.
All runners will continue on this path they reach the start/finish area, located conveniently next to the San Pedro Creek.

There is parking in San Pedro Park which costs $6, alternatively, there is free street parking around the event area. Streets include Lisbon Avenue, Sunset avenue, Solano Street, and Short Street.
Directions
Follow the I-5 into Sacramento before turning onto Sacramento Avenue. Then follow N Hobson Avenue until San Pedro Park.

Sign-In
Sign-in for runners begins at 8:30 am on race day. Those that have not registered before the day of the event can pay an extra $5 to sign up at the start area.
BBQ
There will be a BBQ at the event which is open to both racers and spectators who can munch down on some well-deserved Steak, Chicken, or Veggie tacos.
Raffle
There will be a raffle at the event with fun prizes for winners, more detail on this will be provided closer to the day of the event.
Water Stations
Water will be provided at the start and finish area but there are no water stations on the course. Participants should bring their own water bottle to ensure that they stay hydrated.
Chip-Timed Results
Runners will be chip timed when completing the event.
Event Swag
All participants will receive a bespoke race medal for completing the 5k.
