Route information
Come and enjoy the picturesque course through Pasadena, passing by notable landmarks such as the Colorado Street Bridge, Old Town Pasadena and Cal Tech University.
The course will be clearly marshalled and distance marked throughout.
Both the 5K and the Half Marathon finish within the iconic Rose Bowl Stadium.
Due to street closures, there will be a 4 hour time limit, requiring runners to pace themselves at a minimum of 18 mins per mile.

Parking:
Parking for the Pasadena Half Marathon & 5K at the Rose Bowl is FREE. We have worked with our partners at the Rose Bowl and the city of Pasadena to improve the traffic and parking plans for 2018.<p “=””>Parking will be held in Lots F, K, J-East, and J-West. Due to many road closures, please do NOT use your GPS; take the 210 freeway and get off at Seco St.
IMPORTANT: The Rose Bowl location has limited entry routes, so please plan to arrive no later than 6 AM. The Linda Vista Route will close at 6 AM as it is part of the race course and needs to be secured prior to the start of the race.
Resident Parking:
No Parking Zones: Please adhere to all dates/times of the “No Parking- Tow Away” signs along the course. Any cars parked along the course after 1:00 am on Sunday, January 20, 2019 will be towed.
Overnight parking restrictions will be lifted within approximately 1/4 mile of the route, as highlighted on the public access map. During this time, overnight parking permits will NOT be required to park on city streets within the shaded area. All other parking restrictions and prohibitions will apply.

FAQs
Where can I collect my race pack?
Packet Pick-Up will be located at the Health & Fitness Expo and includes the following:
- Bib Number
- Timing Chip
- Technical Shirt
- Gear Check Bag
You must bring a valid photo ID to Packet Pick-Up. All participants are required to pick up their own Participant Packet during regularly scheduled Health & Fitness Expo hours.
What kit do I need?
Hosted gear check is available for half marathon and 5K participants only. Athletes must use the clear plastic bag they received with their bib and the gear check tag must be securely attached to the drawstring. Gear check will open at 5:30 am and remain open until 11:30 am.
What do finisher's receive?
Participants will receive water and their finisher medal once they cross the epic Rose Bowl Finish Line and have opportunities to take photos on the field.
