This 5K - Half Marathon is run on the pretty Weber Pathways trail - the purpose is to bring the opioid epidemic to everyone's attention and to provide information on alternatives to opioid for pain medication. It's fun - join us!

What’s Included
- Designed Tech t-shirt

- Aid stations with volunteers to cheer you on, water, powerade, (gels and fruits at half-way mark on half marathon)...

- Place medals for males and females -- top 3 in age groups, finish medals for first 100

- Great trail, lots of trees to provide shade much of the way

- MRC staffed stations throughout race (NOTE: Only basic first aid will be provided.)

- At the finish line, runners can pick up some information about opioid misuse prevention including alternatives to opioid such as ice therapy, exercise, yoga or mindfulness.

And - by participating you are helping us educate people about the opioid epidemic.
