The PAWS Chicago 5K Walk/Run For Their Lives, presented by VCA, is the FIRST fundraising event that PAWS Chicago held and is entering its 19th year! Funds raised at this event support the life-saving work of PAWS Chicago, the Midwest's Largest No-Kill Shelter. The PAWS Chicago 5K Walk/Run is Chicago's LARGEST dog-friendly charity walk and BizBash's Top 100 Events in Chicago and Top 10 Athletic Events in 2016, 2017 & 2018!

Get full directionsFree STREET parking is available at Montrose Harbor. Please pay attention to any signs noting any no park zones (e.g. on bridges). Because Montrose is still open to the public on that day, participants are encouraged to arrive early and to carpool. Divvy, walk or bike (if possible) to allow adequate parking for participants traveling with pets. Parking LOTS do require payment.
