Route information
All races follow out-and-back courses heading eastward from the starting line at Mosquito Road. For each distance, the path goes up a steady 3% grade to the turnaround point, and the second half of the race is downhill all the way to the finish.
The 5k, 10k, and 15k courses are run entirely on a paved bike path. The pavement ends at about 5.6 miles into the half marathon course, and the remainder of the distance to the turnaround point is run on a dirt and gravel path.
The 5k has around 341ft of climbing, and turns around right before Centennial Lane.
The 10k has around 651ft of climbing, and turns around right before Parkway Drive.
The 15k has around 659ft of climbing, and turns around right after Los Trampas Drive.
The Half Marathon has around 1237ft of climbing, and turns around at the end of the El Dorado Trail.

Cut off time
The Half Marathon has cut off times at Mile 7 (11am), Mile 10 (12 noon) and at the finish line (1pm). It has a time limit of 4 hours.
Course Markings
There will be pink ribbons marking the entire course for participants to follow. Each turn around point will be marked by a sign and different color ribbons:
5k: Green Ribbons
10k: Blue Ribbons
15k: Orange Ribbons
Half Marathon: Red Ribbons (You will need to count the number of ribbons at the HM turn around to receive a qualifying race time)
