Route information
The event starts and ends at Atlantic Station taking runners and walkers on a tour of Atlanta's Buckhead neighborhood. Celebrate your finish with family and friends at one of Atlantic Station's many retail and restaurant locations- several of which are offering discounts and specials on race weekend.
There will also be a youth Mile and Dash available on Saturday.

Event day logistics
Age Requirements
Entrants must be the following ages to enter each event
- 5K - 8 and older
- 10 Miles - 14 and older
- Mile - between 6-14 years old
- Dash - Under 6 years old
Athletes with Disabilities
Athletes who possess a visual, physical or developmental disability are permitted to participate with guides and support runners, with guides and support runners those who provide verbal cues and navigation support to an athlete with a disability.
Atlanta Track Club will provide a complimentary race entry for one support runner or guide. Requests for guide/support runner entry into other Atlanta Track Club events should be requested by contacting awd@atlantatrackclub.org.
Course Limits
The course limit clock begins as the last runner crosses the start line. After these times the roads are no longer closed and participants will be asked to move onto the sidewalk.
The limits for each distance are below:
- 5K - 1 hour 15 minutes (25:00 pace per mile)
- 10 Miles - 2 hours 30 minutes (15:00 pace per mile)

How old do I need to be to enter the PNC Atlanta 10 Miler & 5K?
Entrants must be 8 and older to enter the 5k and 14 and older to enter the 10 miler.
