Route information
All three races will kick-off from Stinson Beach and take in large sections of Muir Woods, Mount Tamalpais, and the iconic Dipsea course. Throughout the race there are stunning view of the Pacific Ocean which is why this trail is one of the most spectacular in the Bay Area.
There will be a 5 hour time limit for the 30K event.
The courses aid stations will fall at the start/finish line as well as specific areas for each trail:

Parking:** There will be parking available at the beach. Please make every effort to carpool to the race.

0700 - 0815:** Registration and packet collection
0800: 30K starts
0815: Half Marathon starts
0830: 10K starts
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start to ensure there is plenty of time to complete the registration process.

These stations will be well stocked with water and sports drinks. There will also be energy bars, salty snacks and other protein/carb based food on offer. It is likely that these stations will like around 5 - 7km's apart.

No, Urban Cayote's trails are generally open to hiker's, other runners, and bikers who may be using the trail at the same time. Please be aware of other members of the public and, should you encounter a horse, always walk passed.
