The 5K and 10K courses offer rolling hills and beautiful scenery throughout the Mt. Washington neighborhood. You can run or walk the 5K (3.1 miles) course and it is a great distance for those looking for more than the 1 mile walk distance. The 10K (6.2 miles) is more challenging and features $4,100 in cash prizes. Please note, no strollers or pets will be permitted on the 5K or 10K race routes for the safety of all participants.The 1 Mile Family Fun Walk route travels around the Levindale and Sinai Hospital campuses and is ideal for families with young children or for walkers who want to participate in the race without completing the 5K or 10K. The Sinai Hospital Auxiliary hosts an interactive, themed walk with lots of fun surprises! Strollers are permitted on the 1 Mile Family Fun Walk route. Pets are not permitted. There is no fee for children 5 and under to participate, but we do ask that you register them so we can have the appropriate number of supplies for the walk.

Route information
For the safety of our participants, no strollers, skates, or scooters are allowed on the 5K or 10K race course. This rule will be strictly enforced. Strollers are permitted on the 1 Mile Family Fun Walk course. Pets are prohibited for the event.
10K – Start: Pimlico Road and Ken Oak Road. Travel north to Cross Country Boulevard. Left on Cross Country Boulevard to Fallstaff Road. Turn right on Fallstaff Road and follow it to Westbrook Road. Turn right on Westbrook Road and take it to Labyrinth Road. Turn left on Labyrinth Road and turn around at intersection with Hatton Road. Take Labyrinth Road to Westbrook Road and turn right. Follow Westbrook Road to Fallstaff Road and turn left. Take Fallstaff Road to Cross Country Boulevard and turn left. Follow Cross Country Boulevard back to intersection of Greenspring Avenue and Pimlico Road. Take a slight right on to Greenspring Avenue heading south and follow it to the finish line just before the intersection of Northern Parkway and Greenspring Avenue.
5K – Start: Pimlico Road and Ken Oak Road. Travel north to Cross Country Boulevard. Left on Cross Country Boulevard to Pinkney Road. Turn around and run on the other side of Cross Country Boulevard to Greenspring Avenue. Turn right on to Greenspring Avenue heading south and follow it to the finish line just before the intersection of Northern Parkway and Greenspring Avenue.
The course is equipped with course marshals, water stops with water and an energy drink, and medical support teams.
What's included
NO FEE for child registration (ages 5 and younger).
For 10K , 5K & 1 Mile Family Fun Walk – adult entry you must be 14 years old to participate.
For 10K & 5K child entry you must be 6 to 13 years old to participate.

Get full directionsFrom SOUTH of Baltimore:
Take 95N to 695N. Take exit 20 for Reisterstown Road and veer right. Follow Reisterstown Road to Northern Parkway and turn left. Stay on Northern Parkway until intersection with Preakness Way and turn right. Pimlico Parking Lot is on the right.
From NORTH of Baltimore:
Take 95S to 695W to 83S. Exit on to Northern Parkway West (exit 10.) Turn left at intersection with Preakness Way. Pimlico Parking Lot is on the right.
From the CITY:
Take 83N to Northern Parkway West (exit 10.) Turn left at intersection with Preakness Way. Pimlico Parking Lot is on the right.
PARKING
Parking will be available at the Pimlico Parking Lot located at Northern Parkway and Preakness Way. Please do not park in the hospital lots on race day. A shuttle will be available to take participants from the Post-Race Party at the hospital back to the parking lot at Pimlico.
