Great race. Sponsored by Body and Soul with the help of many area business. The proceeds from this race benefit an area family in need. Merchandise, raffle tickets, and prizes to age winners plus tons of free food make for a great race for a good cause.Did the 5K in 2019
This race is phenomenally well organized & brings together the entire community to help support a local family in crisis. The course is flat & they have volunteers at all points where a runner could take a wrong turn. There is always a lot of great food afterwards as well as a 50/50 draw & prizes! Its nice to have this race on my annual race calendar to keep me motivated during the winter! Join us, you wont be disappointed!Did the 5K in 2019
The course is fun, the crowd gets bigger each year and the food at the finish is amazing. This event helps a local family in need and it's growing! All the perks of a bigger race without the hassles. Well organized too.
