Happening on Aug 10-11, the 200-ish mile adventure kicks off at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. From there, teams of 12 (or 6) run two days and one star-filled night, past six world-famous Colorado ski towns, through the White River National Forest and next to the Colorado River on bike paths, backroads and even a little bit of single-track trail.

The race wraps up in the ski resort villages of Snowmass after each of your team members completes their 3 (or 6) legs. Don’t miss the best weekend ever/race that makes running fun/excuse to take Friday off work and road trip with friends that will make you say, “I can’t believe we just did that,” and “when can we sign up again,” in the same tired breath. Mark your running calendar for Aug. 11-12 and get ready to experience a true Rocky Mountain runner’s high.

Reebok Ragnar Colorado Road route

Reebok Ragnar Colorado is so especially awesome, we have trouble talking about it without blushing. The course covers mountain passes that songwriters spent their careers crooning about. The wildflowers bloom specifically for runners. And it’s not just the elevation that will take your breath away.

The idea to run an overnight 24+ hour running relay across the mountains of Utah was a lifelong dream of Steve Hill. The dream became a reality in 2004 when Steve, his son Dan and Dan’s college roommate, Tanner Bell, organized the first Wasatch Back Relay, spanning 188 miles from Logan to Park City, UT. Starting small, the Ragnar Relay Series has grown from a single relay in Utah to the largest overnight relay series in the nation. Some call it a movement. We call it Ragnar.
