Fantastic race! 1/2 pavement 1/2 trail crushed pebbles.

Really fun race, can get difficult through on the Junction Breakwater trail though. Trail is narrow and runners in both directions.

This was an amazing race, really a great pr course. I would tell racers to make sure they were warm enough because I definitely underestimated starting before the sun was fully out.

The course is super flat. I didn't realize how much of it was on gravel (~5-6 miles). It definitely slowed me down a bit. Be prepared for that in the later miles. The gravel sections were also kind of low on spectators. You'll definitely need some mental toughness in that section.
