The money you raise for Ride4Diabetes funds critical diabetes research, information programs, and advocacy efforts that support the nearly 30 million children and adults in the U.S. with diabetes, and the 86 million with pre-diabetes. Over time, diabetes can damage the heart, blood vessels, eyes, kidneys, and nerves, and the overall risk of dying is at least double the risk of their peers without diabetes.

90K SKYLINE RIDGE LOOP
Distance: 55.5 mi Total elevation change: 5078 ft

This is one of the Bay Area’s most spectacular loops. The route starts with a gradual climb through Steven’s Canyon, past Mountain Winery, then a 5.5 mile steady ascent to Saratoga Gap at 2600 ft. From here riders are treated to a glorious 14 mile descent along Skyline Ridge to Sky Londa at 1500 feet, passing stunning panoramic vistas of the Bay Area, coastal mountains and Pacific coastline. From Sky Londa riders have a fast descent down Woodside Rd into Woodside where they join the ever popular Alpine Loop via Whiskey Hill Rd. returning to Cupertino via the beautiful backroads of Los Altos Hills. This route is intended for advanced cyclists.

60K LOS ALTOS HILLS – PORTOLA VALLEY LOOP
Distance: 40.7 mi Total elevation change: 2689 ft
