Rock and Run for Mental Health II

Welcome to the "988 Run" event! Join us for a day filled with fun activities, live music, yoga, delicious food, and awesome vendors. Get ready to lace up your running shoes because we have a 5k race and a 1 Mile Walk/Run for Mental Health. Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 8th, from 8am to 11am, at Rochester Community Park. It's going to be an amazing day that you won't want to miss! We're excited to announce that we'll have a fantastic band performing, but we're keeping it a surprise for now. Our vendors include Moxie Massage, Pflug Chiropractic, Yoga by Curious Jayme Lynn, Memorial Behavioral Health, SIU School of Medicine, and many more. You'll have the opportunity to explore their offerings and learn more about their services. By participating in the event, you'll also be supporting a great cause. All proceeds will benefit Memorial Behavioral Health, a non-profit organization dedicated to mental health. The first 150 people to register by August 16th, 2024, will receive a super comfy Rock & Run tie-dye shirt and a goodie bag filled with exciting surprises. So don't wait too long to secure your spot!
