Are dogs and push strollers allowed?

Yes, we are K9 friendly to all well mannered, controlled and leashed dogs.  Push strollers are more than welcome.  Children pushed in strollers do not need to be registered.  For safety reasons, for those participating in That Dam 13.1, due to the course width, we recommend not running with your dogs or strollers.

How far is your kids fun run?

Our kids fun run is designed for kids generally 8 yrs. & under. The distance is about 200 meters.

    Did the 5K in 2019

This was a lot of fun with a flat course inside the City Park. Great atmosphere and I LOVE that they had cute mugs with hot chocolate as the goodie. For 2019, the only downside is that the course was very ICY from the snow earlier in the week - which hadn’t melted off. Running was very sketchy and definitely couldn’t run at a normal pace; had to walk quite a bit. But, it was fun and lots of playful people to enjoy talking to.
