But you'll need to act fast because this run will sell out quick! We close off waves as soon as they fill up, so don't miss out. This is a small, private group run with only 15 participants per wave. Whether you prefer to run or walk, all ages and paces are welcome. And the best part? There's no fancy equipment or setup required. It's just a pure, stress-free run designed to support you in achieving your goals. If you're wondering about timing, we don't use timing chips for this event. However, our coordinators can help you keep track of your time using bib numbers given out on race day (just let us know). And let's not forget about the amazing swag you'll receive! Your registration comes with a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal. Plus, you'll gain access to a vibrant virtual community of runners. Forget about the hassle of picking up packets. We'll ship your swag directly to your address. Just make sure to provide your full and correct US mailing address. On race day, you'll receive your race bibs. When will you get your swag? No worries, your shirt will arrive at your address the week of your race. And don't forget to keep an eye out for our final update email with all the details and course maps, which we'll send on the Wednesday before the race. If you're thinking of registering last minute (within 2 weeks of the race), no problem! You can still sign up, but please note that your shirt may arrive after the run. Feel free to wear any appropriate shirt you have for the race. Now, let's talk about the wave times. You can email us your desired wave time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. But remember, waves are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Here are the available wave times: - Wave A: 7:30AM - Wave B: 8:30AM - Wave C: 9:00AM And guess what? Late runners can still join in the fun! Our coordinators will be there until 3 hours after the first wave, so no one misses out.
