Aimed at promoting empowerment, community spirit, and wellness through running and physical activity, the Desjardins Run to Empower is a celebration of women's running in Canada. This event includes a performance race for women only, a 5K open to all athletes and the Little Warriors Kids Run 1K - a great introduction into the sport for your kids.
