Starting at the Lake Cuyamaca Recreation & Park, the San Diego 100 is a 100 mile course that explores some of the best of the local scenery. Participants will get to experience the beautiful views of Lake Cuyamaca, Rancho Cuyamaca/Anza Borrego State Parks, Noble Canyon, Mt Laguna Recreational Area, and the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT).
The track is mostly made of single-track technical trails, has over 13000ft of ascent & descent, and contains 16 aid stations.

Aid Stations
All aid stations will have water & snacks so you can refuel. Some aid stations will also have Crew, Bag Drops & Pacers.
Qualification Requirements
All entrants must have completed an official 50 mile run in under 13 hours, or have completed an official 100k/100 mile race in the last two years.
Participants must also have completed 6 hours of volunteering for trail maintenance or service for another ultra or community service within the last year.
