Raceday Logistics

Transition area open – you can set up your bike and other equipment.

5:00 AM – 6:00 AM
VIP Packet Pick-up

6:05 AM
Transition Area Closes for Olympic & Sprint Athletes.

6:05 AM
National Anthem by the Marine Corps Band.

6:15 AM
Race start, first wave – Olympic distance.

8:30 AM
Post Race Festivities Garden Opens.

9:30 – 10:30 AM
Sprint and Olympic awards ceremony.

12:00 PM
Beer, wine, and mimosa garden closes – last call at 11:00 AM.

12:30 PM
Transition area closes – all bikes and equipment must be removed.

Post-race Festival closes.


FAQs
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO REGISTER FOR THE ATHENA OR CLYDESDALE DIVISIONS?
Per USAT guidelines, minimum weight will be 220 pounds for men competing in the Clydesdale division and 165 pounds for women competing in the Athena division. Athletes registered as Athena or Clydesdale will be required to weigh-in at packet pick-up. Any women under 165 pounds or men under 220 pounds at that time will be switched into their applicable Age Group.
