San Francisco Pride Run routes

This USATF-sanctioned race takes place on smooth asphalt and includes only gentle, rolling hills (nothing steep). The race starts at the South Entrance of the Polo Field and loops around Golden Gate Park. 5K runners will complete just one lap, with 10K runners completing the route twice.

The stunning setting is home to one of San Francisco's largest green spaces and is laced with eucalyptus trees and redwoods that offer shade as participants set out for a new PB. Racers are also encouraged to wear their best costumes and silly looks as it helps keep morale high and the atmosphere positive.

This race is incredibly welcoming to any and all participants, and has a generous 2 hour cut-off point.

Participants are encouraged to arrive no later than 8:30AM for an expected 9AM start time.
