Santa Cruz Polar Plunge route

This quick dip is not a swim, it is a chance to charge into the freezing cold water in your best costumes to raise awareness and money for an incredible cause. The money you raise helps approximately 24,000 athletes with physical and mental disabilities cover the cost of their sports training, education and leadership programs.

If you don't fancy taking the plunge then consider signing up for the 'Chicken' ticket, which gives you access to all the fun and festivities but saves you from the frigid water.
