Route information
Terrain: Trail
50k The 50k features 3 loops of the park, runners will begin at the 15.5 mile loop and then turn onto the 15.5 mile purple loop without aid. They will then twist through this loop and finish at the 8 mile red loop. The course is extremely hilly with steep climbs facing participants.
16-Mile The 16 miler features 2 loops of the Staunton State Park course, runners willl begin at the Blue Loop and Breeze past an aid station before finishing at the 8 Mile Red Loop.
8-Mile The 8 mile features just 1 loop of the course, though this is enough for runners to see some amazing sights throughout their journey.

There is parking available at a local park and ride on US 285, details will be provided closer to the race day.
Directions
Follow US 285 from the East and the West until Staunton State Park.
Event day logistics
6:00 am Packet Pickup
7:00 am 50k starts
8:00 am 8 mile
8:00 am 16 mile
Packet Pickup
Participants can pick up their race packs at 6:00 am on the day of the race.
On-site facilities
Toilet information will be provided closer to the event date.
Cut-off
The cut-off time for the 50k is 12 hours and 11 hours for the 8 and 16 mile.
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station at the event in the Ranch Hand Group Picnic Area at Staunton State Park.
T-shirt
All competitors who register before November 28 will receive a custom race t-shirt.
Awards
All finishers will receive an award, there's also an award for the ugliest holiday sweater too.
Pre-race briefing
The pre-race briefing will be held virtually during the race week leading up.
