    Did the 5K in 2020

This was my first race of any kind. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. It was well organized and fun.

As a competitive runner I was uncertain the race would be worth my time, but it brings some pretty decent fast competition as well as a really fun and inviting festive atmosphere! I love races that combine fast competition with the festive. There were fun costumes, music, and a great little expo. The hairpin turns were tough but the course was so flat!!!
