Nice race by the beach, however no crowd support at all. Also no food on the course. After 18ish miles you need things other than water and Gatorade. Race director is awesome. Loved the medal and shirt.
Negatives: just seemed unorganized. Handing out of awards after was really sad. For first place (and setting a new course record) all you get is a medal? Positives: beautiful ocean views, flat course, tacos and beer at the finish, nice dry fit shirt.
Loved the out and back course with rolling hills. There was confusing information regarding buses and parking for the day of the race and not a lot of signage posted outside of the race for where to park. Looks like they just needed more volunteers to help with set up. Overall loved the race and the tacos and beer after were great!
