Route information
The Selfcare 5k/10k is a relaxing run up and down Dockweiler Beach. The 5k starts at Imperial Highway, runs south down South Marine Ave until reaching the entrance to the 1st carpark, where it makes a U-turn. The race then heads north until reaching Playa Del Rey Beach, where it makes another U-turn and returns to the start line. The 10k does the same route twice.
