Route information
The first thing most people ask about this race is “Is this a trail run?”. The answer is yes and no. The course is mostly on unpaved surfaces (i.e. trails) but running on the trails at Tehaleh is much more akin to road running than trail running. The trails are wide, smooth and groomed. No big rocks, roots or steep grades to run up.
Elevation gain is fairly modest, at approximately 1500′ for the half marathon, 740′ for the 10K and 440′ for the 5K. The kid’s race has about 100′ of gain.
