The Race Against Gun Violence is a rallying point to raise awareness of and funds for organizations working to save lives and build Chicago’s future. It is an opportunity to change the narrative about our city, call concerned citizens to action and show the world that Chicago can come together to solve the problem of gun violence.

How to get there

Parking: available for a fee at several garages and lots nearby along Balbo and S. Michigan Ave., as well as the underground garages at Millenium Park and Grant Park. There is also parking in the Museum Campus / Soldier Field parking lots.

Public Transportation: CTA trains and buses are strongly encouraged. Nearest Metra and CTA stops are at Roosevelt Road.

Bikes: A Divvy station is located at the corner of Michigan Ave. & Balbo Ave.
