This quick 5K race follows the road around Grasmere Lake, up North towards the gardens and Smith Lake before lapping back passed the Start line. That dramatic photo finish comes just after the tennis courts North of Grasmere.

Are there medals or awards?
5K Awards:
Top overall male and female
Top three (3) male and female in the following age groups: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over.
5K Race Walk Awards:
Top three (3) overall male and female finishers (results will be verified by USATF officials).
Are dogs and push strollers allowed?
Yes, we are K9 friendly to all well mannered, controlled and leashed dogs. Push strollers are more than welcome. Children pushed in strollers do not need to be registered. For safety reasons, for those participating in That Dam 13.1, due to the course width, we recommend not running with your dogs or strollers.
How far is your kids fun run?
Our kids fun run is designed for kids generally 8 yrs. & under. The distance is about 200 meters.
