Route description

**Superseal Olympic Course:
**
Swim: This event kicks-off with a 1,500 meter swim in the stunning Silver Strand State Beach Bay. The swim will be a calm bay swim, with water temperatures averaging around 58 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended.

Bike: The cycling course takes place on Highway 75 and will be a flat, fast course. The route totals 20KM, and cyclists will complete two laps.

Run: This will be a 10KM looped route along dirt tracks, with competitors completing it twice.

Seal Sprint Course:

Swim: As above, the swim will take place in the Bay in calm waters averaging around 58 degrees. Participants will complete a total swim of 800 meters or **0.5 miles.

Bike:** One loop of the Olympic course.

Run: One full lap of the Olympic running course.
