The More Than Pink Walk is a short walk through Balboa park in aid of Susan G. Komen, an organization that works to help people suffering from breast cancer. Funds raised at this event will go towards research and support for breast cancer patients, getting one step closer to a world without breast cancer.
As well as the walk, this event is host to a number of other amenities, including an opening ceremony co-hosted by Karlene Chavis and Delana Bennett, a host of food trucks and a Yoga Bus for pre and post-walk yoga sessions.
