8k and 2k races begin at 8:30a.m., rain or shine, at South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia. For all ages, the 2K Walk/Fun Run will begin at the official race starting line 5 minutes after the 8K has started. All children under 12 will receive a medal!

What’s Included

Race Shirts: All race participants (except children registering under the no-shirt option) will receive a race shirt. However, as shirts must be ordered in advance, only pre-registered registrants are guaranteed this year's shirt in their requested size.
Timing: The 2019 Susco 8K will use the Chronotrack B tag timing system. The timing chip will be located on the back of your race bib
Parking: Plenty of parking will be available at South Lakes High School.
Water Stops: There will be one water stop on the course for the 8K. Water will also be provided after the race.

Raceday Logistics

Schedule
Packet Pickup // Same-day Registration: SATURDAY, Septmeber 21st, 7-8:30am
Beginning at 7am, same-day registration and pre-registered runners can pickup their race packets, t-shirt, and race number (no race number switching allowed) at South Lakes High School on Saturday morning prior to the race start.

Start Times:
Both the 8K race and the 2K Walk/Fun Run will start in front of South Lakes High School. Both events finish in the football Stadium
