Dive into the adventure at SwimRun NC, a captivating journey of 17 miles of running and 2 miles of swimming across Hanging Rock State Park's rugged beauty. Picture yourself sprinting through autumn's vibrant blaze, plunging into refreshing waters, and overcoming the terrain with your teammate—inseparable in spirit and in competition. Yes, you’ll need a wetsuit, and a buddy—either match or mix gender teams are welcome! While the course offers a test of endurance, you’ll be rewarded with exclusive swag, a celebratory beer, and snapshots to brag about your conquest. As volunteers driven by passion, we're taking a brief pause this year but gear up for our 2024 return—team up and register starting January 1, 2024, for an unforgettable experience on October 13.
