Route information
30, 60 and 120 Miles
Terrain: Paved, Dirt, Gravel
The 30 mile course takes participants of Gunnison and sprawling through a brief uphill section across beautiful remote scenery, riders will cross over gravel, dirt and some roads with little maintenance, thus they should be prepared for a tricky ride in some sections.
The route is an out-and-back course and will take runners towards the start-finish line after a quick decline section around the 17-mile mark.
The 60 mile course takes riders on a similar out-and-back course which will snake more closely towards the Curecanti National Recreation Area, participants will tackle rolling hills on a largely unpaved surface throughout, the course finishes at Gunnison.
The 120 mile course takes participants on an exhilarating loop through the Curecanti National Park as they straddle parts of Sawtooth Mountain, tackling a challenging uphill section around the 40-mile mark.
Participants will then face a largely downhill section from the 65-mile mark on their way to the finish line just outside Gunnnison.
