Route information
Terrain: Paved road
Dress in all white and support fundraising for those with hidden disabilities by running or walking a 5k or 10k distance at this fun, friendly event with an energetic atmosphere, food vendors and live music. The course takes participants around Woodley Park, near the beautiful Lake Balboa, and all abilities are welcome.
An entirely paved route, the event follows a paved road along a bike path towards the dam. From here, participants turn around and head back to the finish line. With just 1 small hill and a mostly flat route, this is a great event for all levels. 10k participants will complete two loops of this course.
A 1k Kids' Race is also on offer, so make sure to bring any little ones along and get them involved.

Age Requirements
Age requirements for each race are as follows:
- 5k - 16 and older
- 10k - 16 and older
- Kids 5k - ages 10 - 16 yrs old
- Kids 10k - ages 10 - 16 yrs old
- Kids 1k - ages 10 - 16 yrs old
Water Stations
Water stations will be available every 1.5 miles and stocked with water and Gatorade. There will also be portable restrooms at each water station and the start/finish line.
