The course is entirely flat and paved on The Pinellas Trail.
What's included
All registrants will receive the awesome finisher's medal, a race shirt, free beer and post party with awards to the top 15 males and top 15 female finisher's. All participants who finish in under 59 minutes are electronically timed by bib number and to maintain our less competitive crowd, race results are posted in the afternoon on race day.

Check in race day opens at 8:30 a.m. and our 5K run/walk from The Ale House on Alt. 19 In Palm Harbor takes place on the fully paved Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail at 9:30 a.m. Labor Day. This is a great run/walk and is family and stroller friendly.
