Route information
All course at The Lighthouse Century start in Morro Bay, and travel on or beside the CA-1 up the coast, giving them a beautiful view of the ocean.
The 42 Mile course is the shortest ride at this event, and has 1800 ft of elevation gain. It travels north to Cambria, turning around at Shamel Park and returning to Morro Bay.
The 75 mile course spends the whole time on the coast, and has around 3000 ft of elevation gain. It travels north to Point Sierra Nevada Trailhead, where it turns around and returns to Morro Bay.
The Century is the longest route at this event, with around 6000 ft of elevation. Starting by traveling north, the route makes a detour out to Donati Family Vineyard, taking Old Creek Rd and the CA-46 out, and returning to the CA-1 along the CA-46. It then continues along the coast to Point Sierra Nevada Trailhead, turning around and returning to the start, staying on the CA-1 the whole way back along the coast.

Check In
Participants can check in the evening before the event or on the morning of. You will need to show photo ID at check in. You must be at check in in person, no one else can check in in your place.
Rest Stops
There will be a number of rest stops along the course for participants to recharge at. Rest stops will have locally made cookies, bagels, bananas, oranges, PB &J sandwiches, hard boiled eggs and more.
Post Race Meal
There will be a post race meal for participants being served between 12 noon and 5pm. There will be vegetarian options, as well as sides, desserts and drinks. Extra meals can be purchased for non riders.
