The XTERRA Turkey Trot is race #2 of the series and features three exciting courses: the 15k, 10k and the 5k fun run on the scenic trails at Trippet Ranch in Topanga State Park. The event field is limited, so enter early. See below for course preview run details. Note: The event is now on Saturday after Thanksgiving Day! What better way to say thanks than running on the trails at Topanga State Park! The 5k is a fun run – we do give out finisher medals, but we do not award age group medals. We will be posting times for all events at the race and online.

The race site is located at Trippet Ranch in Topanga State Park.
From the 101 Ventura Fwy: exit at Topanga Canyon and travel 7.5 miles south towards the ocean to Entrada Road, turn east (left) on Entrada Road and stay on Entrada (bear left) to the Trippet Ranch entrance.
From PCH: turn North on Topanga Canyon for 4.6 miles to Entrada Road, turn east (right) on Entrada Road and stay on Entrada (bear left) to the Trippet Ranch entrance.
Parking within Topanga State Park is $10.00. Please have exact change ready!
Parking in Dead Horse Lot (just before the park) is $7.00!

We recommend that you arrive 1 hour before the start of the event to allow adequate time for parking, packet pickup, and warm up. Course closes at 11:00 am.
Please do NOT bring your dogs. Topanga State Park does not permit dogs on any backcountry trails.
Packet Pick Up & Race Day Registration
Packet Pick Up (shirt/chip/bib) and Race Day Registration starts at 6:30 a.m. at the race site. You Must Bring Proof Of Registration To Pick Up Your BIB! This includes registration email, credit card statement, canceled check or email confirmation from Generic Events. No Exceptions!
